This foundation wall was allowing water and high humidity into the living space  

Foundation waterproofing done right. The proper way to fix your foundation water problems is from the outside. These are the steps we take.

1)  Waterproofed the block wall with a protective coating.

2) Installed 2inches of foam insulation on the bloick wall.

3) Added a drainage dimple mat. 

4) installed hard perforated drain pipe 

5) Installed drainage rock 

6) Covered rock with fabric to keep dirt out of drainage system

7) Backfilled dirt 

We dug out this half basement. We discovered trre roots has penetrated the block. We waterproofed it, added insulation and added a french drain.
